Field Service Engineer Tell me more! We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our client in Scotland. This role will see you covering Edinburgh and Glasgow. We are looking for an individual who has got on-site experience with carry out mechanical and electrical machine repairs, commissioning and calibrations. The type of equipment you'll be working on Inspection/Detection machinery. What will I be doing? As well as the above, you will be completing upgrades and refurbishments on customer's site, this could be mechanical or electrical depending on the fault. You will be following engineering drawings and specifications and must be able to fault find. You will provide the customer with advice and support in any way you can as-well as updating documentation when required, you must ensure this is all compliantly followed. What do I need? Previous electrical experience within a similar position is required. Minimum ONC or similar qualification in electromechanical / electrical engineering. Experience with PLC Programming is a must have. PC literacy and good capabilities. Great customer service skills. Flexibility as you will sometimes be required to work overtime including weekends. The Package: This is paying a basic salary of up to £35,000 annually. You will receive a company van.
