Are you a Field Service Engineer with experience in either Laboratory equipment or Cleanrooms, looking for work?
We have a great opportunity to join our team of engineers covering the South East.

Products sold in more than 100 countries include microbiological safety cabinets, lab incubators and ovens, CO2 incubators, fume cupboards, ductless fume cabinets, laminar flow cabinets, ultra-low temperature freezers, hospital pharmacy isolators, containment/pharma products, PCR cabinets, thermal cyclers, animal containment workstations, ART equipment and powder weighing balance enclosures. We direct highly efficient research, product development, manufacturing, and customer service program.

Job Description
- Carrying out installation, commissioning, validation, and IOQ testing.
- Carrying out troubleshooting, or replacement of parts on client sites.
- Communicating information to our clients and staff.
- Carrying out effective and efficient work to meet our and clients’ requirements.
- Displaying an honest and open approach to when issues, mistakes, or errors occur.
- Ensuring the test equipment is kept in good working order and any tools and parts required to perform the site work are maintained appropriately.
- Ensuring that site work reports are generated for each site visit.
- Maintaining a professional approach at all times.
- Providing regular job updates.
- Providing feedback and reports on equipment and process issues in order to have continual improvement of products via a feedback loop.
- Providing support if needed anywhere in the UK / Ireland.
- Supporting activities as required for the common success and goal of the company.
- Studying our documentation in addition to the training to ensure knowledge of the products is increased and maintained.
- Working with remote support as required to troubleshoot equipment failures to enable completion of work.
- Working with the site work coordinator on the work schedule.
- Working in a team to complete larger site work activities.
- Working alone to complete smaller site activities.

Other:
- Full UK driving license required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Some overseas travel may be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
