Job description

Purpose

  • To direct sell to defined region and accounts within defined region.
  • To oversee other Sales Engineers in region and assist them in managing PERI business (customer, projects, turnover, discount) within a defined area
  • To achieve financial targets as defined by PERI
  • To grow PERI market share within the formwork and scaffolding sector

Objectives

  • Work closely with the UK Sales Manager Building + Infrastructure Sales Manager to implement and deliver the sales strategy within the region.
  • Develop and maintain a project pipeline for the region.
  • Work closely with the Sales Engineers to deliver annual regional and personal sales targets.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers and customers to manage queries and complaints
  • Negotiate trading agreements and discount levels with our customers.
  • Operate within the company financial guidelines
  • To develop a high level of understanding of PERI products, competitors and the formwork market.
  • Work closely with the Technical team and sales team and other functions to ensure the most cost effective and profitable solutions are given to the customer.
  • Work with Customer Services to ensure smooth Project Delivery Inc. Project Specialists, Project Managers & Project Delivery Engineers.
  • Work closely with other Sales Managers to share information and best practice
  • Build relationships with customers to win their trust and increase their confidence in PERI
  • Develop relationships with Technical staff and customers to promote efficient use of products.
  • Work closely with the Plywood Manager and Sales Engineers to increase market share in Plywood and Panels
  • Work closely with the PERI UP Manager to increase market share in Scaffolding, Access solutions and Stair towers

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
