Ideal Candidate:

As a results-driven professional, you thrive on delivering marketing programs and events that generate real leads and opportunities. You understand the importance of conducting pre, during, and post-event campaigns, and you excel at targeting accounts and attracting the right attendees. Account mapping and digital prospect targeting are second nature to you, and you enjoy collaborating with the sales team and building strong relationships. Networking comes naturally to you.
Responsibilities:

- Design and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs, incorporating events, organic and paid media, email marketing, and direct mail.
- Develop and implement an overall events strategy, including webinars and in-person/virtual experiences (third-party, partner, and Armis-hosted), aligned with Armis's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end event logistics, such as venue selection, contract negotiations, budgeting, vendor management, booth design, and on-site execution.
- Manage event communications, including pre, during, and post-event marketing campaigns, to drive attendee engagement and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Create and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to penetrate key accounts in the region.
- Utilize corporate and product messaging, tailoring content to your events and programs in a way that demonstrates an understanding of our key initiatives and value propositions, resonating with our target buyers.
- Forecast and measure the impact of marketing programs and events, including lead generation, pipeline generation/acceleration, and closed won ROI. Provide key insights and recommendations for optimizations and future marketing strategies.
- Foster strong collaboration and serve as the go-to marketing resource for regional sales leaders, sales reps, business development representatives (BDRs), and regional partners. Building strong relationships is paramount.
Qualifications:
The following is not exhaustive; we are flexible for the right person; past-experience is key, however:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software/technology field marketing.
- Experience managing marketing programs targeting technical and executive audiences (CIOs, CISOs, DevOps, Security Architects, etc.).
