Field Manager - Telecommunications
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Manager to join my team in London. You will be responsible for managing a team of 20+ engineers to deliver high-quality telecom installations and services across the city.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a field managers role, managing engineers/technicians desirable but all backgrounds considered
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a field team
- Knowledge of telecoms engineering and installation standards is desirable but full training provided
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commitment to delivering the highest level of health and safety standards & best practice
Core responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all field operations to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget
- Conducting site visits to coach engineers and monitor the quality of work
- Carrying out health and safety audits and ensuring compliance
- Liaising between the field team and internal stakeholders
- Tracking KPIs and identifying areas for performance improvement
- Preformance management
