Tom Howley, market leader for British, Bespoke kitchens, is the fastest-growing, premium kitchen company in the UK, with over 20 showrooms and ambitious growth plans. We are proud to manufacture all of our furniture in the UK and offer a comprehensive design, manufacture and installation service.
We are seeking to recruit a Field Installation Manager to join our growing team. Whether you’re an installation expert who is ready to take the next step in their career, or already an experienced Installation Manager, you should have prior technical knowledge of the bespoke fitted furniture industry and be able to guide our clients through the installation process.
Main aspects of the role include:
- Discussing and agreeing delivery dates and expected timescales with our clients, whilst being on hand for any queries that might arise throughout the installation process.
- Managing our experienced installation teams to ensure each client project is completed to the highest standard.
- Ensuring that client payments are received on time.
- Attending regular team meetings and working closely with our supportive Head Office teams including Client Services and Planning.
Full product training will be given to the successful candidate.
Location:
We are seeking someone located in St Albans; however, the successful candidate will be expected to work in other areas across the UK when required and must understand that high mileage is part of the position. A fully expensed company car is provided.
