Job Description:
As a Trainee Field Engineer, you will embark on a transformative journey, working closely with experienced engineers and technicians to gain invaluable hands-on experience in cementing operations. This role is designed to provide you with extensive training combining practical field work with immersive classroom-based learning at our renowned international training schools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to design and plan cementing operations, including formulating optimal slurry compositions and implementing precise placement procedures.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive job plans and procedures, meticulously adhering to stringent safety protocols.
- Engage in the maintenance and preparation of cutting-edge equipment required for cementing operations, leveraging the latest technological advancements.
- Collaborate with a diverse team, harnessing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- You MUST have a bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or a related field, demonstrating your strong academic foundation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Thrive in a team environment, working harmoniously with diverse individuals to achieve shared objectives.
- Be able and willing to travel offshore on an adhoc basis
