Key Responsibilities of a Fibre Supervisor:
- Ensure thorough monitoring and supervision of gangs to guarantee compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager to optimize team performance, implement robust health and safety protocols, and liaise effectively with Local Authorities
Qualifications and Certifications:
- NRSWA Supervisor certification, demonstrating expertise in managing street works
- Proficiency in operating OTDR equipment for precise fiber optic measurements
- PIA certification, showcasing knowledge of Physical Infrastructure Access regulations
