We are looking for confident bar staff to work over the summer at multiple different events! We have an amazing Festival Line Up including Black Deer Festival, British Summertime Hyde Park, All Points East, Rewind South, and lots more!


Main responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of call for all customers, dealing with their requests efficiently and accurately, and communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ability to remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events, whilst remaining driven to complete your tasks.
  • Taking orders, operating a till (including EPOS), and handling customer payments, including PDQs.
  • Preparing and serving drinks in the correct disposable/reusable glassware & accompaniments for the beverage items being offered.
  • Being able to make knowledgeable recommendations, proactively assisting guests with queries, and upselling items to guests.
  • Assisting with the setup and clear down of your area, ready for the next service.
  • Replenishing stock in line with consumption and par levels.
  • Ensuring all disposable/reusable glassware and tools are impeccably clean before use and ensuring all service areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Comply with all company and unit policies with regard to Health & Safety, Allergens, profit protection, licensing laws, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service policies.

Skills / Qualifications

Previous bartending experience is required.

Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.


Rate of Pay

£10.90 per hour (Plus holiday pay)
