What is the role?
We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic and dynamic bartenders to join our team! We have clients all around Liverpool who are looking for flexible workers in their hotels, events, bars and festivals!
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all attendees have an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Being a hospitality agency, we have many exciting events and festivals all year around that we would love have you be apart of.
What will you be doing?
- Serving beverages and snacks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling payment transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicating effectively with other team members and supervisors
What do you need?
- Prior experience in bar service is essential, you must be knowledgeable and passionate about the service you provide
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
