Job description
I am a 40-year-old disabled woman looking to recruit one to two female waking night carers for the month of January. Due to a change in medical treatments, I will often be awake during the night. I will need a basic nutritious meal cooked, washing up, housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and ironing and looking after me if I have a seizure or muscle spasms. Tasks will vary from night to night.
As a disabled woman, I need personal assistance with physiotherapy exercises and nightly massage to increase blood flow. Training provided.
9 hour shift, £15 per hour. £135 per night
Shifts available every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.
Start and end time of shifts will vary slightly through the month from 10pm to 7am to 12 midnight to 9am.
Choose to work pay as you earn or self-employed.
I live with my husband. We love our peace and quiet and need someone of a happy, quiet disposition with the ability to anticipate needs and takes initiative without being prompted.

You simply must be productive, active, open with a strong willingness to learn to be guided in what to do to be a successful waking night carer. A person-centred care approach is crucial.
Applicants must be:
- Fully vaccinated x 3 jabs against covid
- Already have a DBS, can be old but must have no criminal convictions
- Live in the UK (I cannot offer sponsership)
