We are looking for support workers to joinour outreach team where you will be working in services across S8, S10 and S11 in Sheffield. This is a role where you certainly won't be bored! One day you could be supporting someone with some tasks around the house, such as cleaning, cooking and general life admin, the next, supporting them to go to day centers or different clubs. All the while you will be make a real difference and ensuring people can access their wider community.
We have both full time and part time roles available.
Being a driver with access to your own is desirable due to travelling across locations.
