We are currently recruiting for a CRM Campaign Manager to join the Digital Team at cardfactory. Th Email CRM Manager will own and manage the commercial email communication plan by developing the email strategy, creating meaningful customer segments and delivering a best-in-class email programme that engages and inspires our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with the wider business to create a commercially focused email content plan that supports our key trading seasons and business goals.
- Use data insights to create audiences for targeting within email and in other channels such as Paid Social and PPC.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign email and app push message process from planning and briefing design to deployment and reporting.
- Utilise all available tools to incorporate personalisation and dynamic content into emails and push messages
- Create test plans to ensure continuous learning and optimisation of email and push message performance.
- Ensure all email and push message campaigns are tracked and provide regular reports on performance, including weekly CRM trade report for the Digital Team.
- Collaborate with the Digital Design and UX Teams to improve email templates and create impactful and engaging content.
- Grow email list through on-site and off-site activities.
- Keep up-to-date with the email competitive landscape, market trends and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated email marketing experience
- Solid knowledge of data segmentation and audience building
- Expert knowledge on the technical set-up of email campaigns, including automated programmes, with experience across a variety of ESPs
- Analytical mindset with a creative streak
- A passion for email marketing
- A general understanding of email marketing data privacy legislation such as GDPR and CCPA
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions
