We have a pay banding system and are committed to staff development:
Band A - £11.02, less than 2 years experience
Band B - £11.41, 2+ years experience
Band C - £11.74, Senior Support Worker
Band D - £13.22, Team Leader

Our Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Care & Support Worker. However, if you have not got this, please do not hesitate in applying, as a full training and development programme will be given if you are choosing care as a new career path.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide general support as part of a caring team
- Assist with domestic duties & household management (may include assistance with cleaning, cooking, washing, payment of bills)
- Administer medication
- Provide support with personal care
- Be able to motivate and encourage people through positive engagement and interaction
