Are you highly organised and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment? The Healthcare Improvement Studies Institute (THIS Institute) are looking for an experienced administrator to join our fellowship and operations team. Working alongside the existing administrator and two managers you will help provide cohesive support across a wide range of operational activities including HR, recruitment, IT, facilities, event planning and administration of our national fellowship programme.
You must be confident in using Microsoft Office, be highly flexible in approach and experienced in managing a wide and complex workload. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and helpfully with a wide range of people at all levels is essential.

The position is full-time although part-time applications will be considered from a minimum of 0.6 FTE.
Post holders will be based at the Strangeways Research Laboratory, Worts Causeway, Cambridge CB1 8RN (approximately 2 miles south of city centre). Elements of this role are suitable for hybrid working, where staff can split their time between in-person collaboration and remote working.
