We are now looking for a talented and passionate Content Creator/Fashion Stylist to join and support the growth of our dynamic Creative and Styling team. The successful candidate will have a can do attitude, lots of energy and an eye for fashion.

The Role - Including but not limited to - Main Duties and Responsibilities
The primary focus of the Fashion Styling Assistant role is to support in the planning, creation and delivery of content across DLSB’s digital channels, playing an integral part of the Creative Team.
Your main duties will include ensuring a smooth running of our creative studio by assisting with all creative admin such as processing imagery and stock, as well as being present on shoot days to help in producing weekly DLSB content. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to break into the fashion industry, with lots of progressional routes on offer.

Key Roles & Responsibilities as Fashion Styling Assistant

  • Assisting on all content, campaign and e-commerce shoots
  • Dressing models and assisting in styling decisions
  • Taking lead with managing stock rotation within the creative studio, ensuring all stock is prepped and steamed for shooting, and placed back into stock upon completion.
  • Ensuring all creative studio housekeeping duties and any other ad hoc requirements are met to ensure efficient running of the styling studio.
  • Working closely with the Stylists on ideation of shoot concepts and function
  • You must have a strong interest in social content, fashion and photography.
  • You’re proactive team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Required to organise the fashion wardrobe, keeping on top of the styling product inventory.
  • Confident in a fast-paced team environment, unafraid to bring fresh ideas forward
  • Assist with housekeeping duties and any other ad hoc requirements to ensure efficient running of the styling studio.

Essential Skills

  • A keen interest in styling and fashion.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Ability to work at an extremely fast pace.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A strong team player, unafraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.

  • Experience working within a fashion environment
