Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized fashion advice, styling tips, and product knowledge. Build genuine connections with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect outfit or accessory.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet individual and store sales targets. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to promote products and upsell complementary items. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, brands, and collections. Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively assist customers in their purchase decisions. Be a brand ambassador and share your enthusiasm for our merchandise.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an appealing store environment. Arrange products in an attractive and organized manner, ensuring that the store always looks inviting and visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and tagging merchandise. Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory control procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and store management to achieve common goals. Share ideas, feedback, and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods per company policies and procedures.
