This new role in the Cloud Services team will focus solely on one of our latest client-facing offerings, acting as focal point for all aspects of its service management and compliance. They will be responsible for coordination and collaboration with many other platform teams on day-to-day operational support, assisting with service escalations, managing change and supporting strategic growth in co-ordinating the onboarding of new clients.

The role sits within the NSE Cloud Services team and will be the Service Delivery Manager for a new client offering, which is an exciting area of development for Deloitte. The job holder will need a background in Service Management and Compliance, and be knowledgeable in all aspects of IT Operations, including Incident, Change, Configuration, Capacity and Availability Management. They will be the key point of contact for the business, and will work closely with other service teams, liaising and assisting in the prioritization and resolution of service and change issues.
- Key point of contact for all aspects of Service Management across multiple layers of infrastructure, both internally and externally hosted.
- Act as Change Manager for the service, ensuring that all changes are reviewed, socialised and implemented successfully, the necessary stakeholders are engaged and updated throughout the process, and all documentation and CMDB updates are made in a timely fashion.
- Become the ‘go-to’ person for all queries relating to the service offering.
- Support responses to client and compliance questionnaires where information doesn’t exist, and other teams need information on the service offering.
- Be the Compliance expert for the new client offering, able to speak with confidence about this and support other teams.
- Manage compliance documentation including Global Technology Operating Model standards to ensure all information is accurate and all artifacts are available as evidence
- Being the ‘go-to’ person, with cross-team knowledge and a strong interpersonal network to call upon, will be key success measures.

You’ll be a self-motivator, able to manage your busy workload with ease, co-ordinating across various teams whilst ensuring the right focus is given to the priority items.
Essentials
- ITIL Service Management experience including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Availability, Capacity, etc.
- Compliance experience in answering technical questions.
- Knowledgeable in the Service Now toolset, able to navigate with ease
Desirables
- Experience of working with Microsoft Azure cloud-based services
- Continual Service Improvement experience
