About the role:
As a Fashion Shoot Producer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the end-to-end production process of content shoots. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, photographers, stylists, models, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of fashion shoots while adhering to project timelines, budgetary requirements, and the creative vision. Your primary focus will be on coordinating shoot logistics and maintaining clear communication channels with all parties involved.
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process of shoots, from pre- to post-production, as well as on-set.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to understand project objectives, brand guidelines and the creative vision.
- Coordinate and schedule all aspects of the shoot, including model bookings, transportation, accommodation, and catering.
- Organise pre-shoot styling meetings, including booking the stylist and fit model and ensuring that all internal stakeholders are aware of relevant meetings/dates.
- Ensure smooth product handover from the product team to the marketing and creative team, checking the accuracy of style details and quality of product to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Management of shoot samples and keep tracking documents updated, ensuring samples are collated, packed and sent to shoots correctly and are returned to the shoot/buying team post-shoot.
- Attend all photo shoots and act as a point of contact throughout the day to meet the needs and expectations of internal teams and external freelancers.
- Collaborate with stylists, hair and makeup artists, and photographers on set to ensure the smooth operation of the shoot.
- Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process.
- Maintain the shoot list to deliver the required information to the repro team and content team, including shot codes and styling notes.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, calendar shoot dates, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and the competition to continually enhance the quality of fashion shoots.
Your skillset:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Fashion Shoot Producer or similar role in the fashion industry.
Experience of successfully working to an allocated budget.
Have working knowledge of sourcing and booking talent, photo teams, locations, studios and props for shoots.
In-depth knowledge of fashion shoot production processes and industry.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Familiarity with the UK fashion industry and its key players.
A strong interest in fashion, creativity, and attention to detail.
