Fashion Retail Coordinator
Location: London Headquarters, UK
Reports to: Head of Fashion Retail
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Your role @Chanel:
You will support the Head of Fashion Retail with co-ordinating ongoing projects and providing operational support to the wider Fashion Division. This is a great opportunity to be able to reach all areas of the business and have a positive impact on the retail boutiques and teams. This is a key collaborative role, operating at the heart of the Fashion business.
Responsibilities:
- Planning & Coordination of fashion retail meetings, training, events, and seminars
- Diary management for the Head of Fashion Retail and administrative support.
- Preparation of presentations for all retail meetings.
- Support the Head of Fashion Retail with the co-ordination of retail projects and initiatives.
- Organise group travel for the retail and wider fashion teams if relating to retail projects.
- Prepare monthly HR announcements for Fashion retail teams and plan initial onboarding of key retail roles and retail Managers.
- Create content for My Chanel for the retail population.
- Uniform Management communicating guidelines and verifying orders in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Packaging Management in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
- Wellness & CSR Committee: Attending on behalf of the Head of Fashion Retail, these valuable committees, participating in and developing initiatives in collaboration with PA to Fashion Director. Presenting initiatives
