Waltham Forest Adult Learning Service PART-TIME LECTURER: Fashion Lecturer Ref: WFALS/CK Hours available range from 4 hours a week upwards, including evening and weekends - equivalent hourly rate £25.75 - £35.01 (pro rata salary £24.350 - £33.100 including London Allowance). Classes are delivered at a range of venues across the borough. Waltham Forest Adult Learning Service is the local authority's direct provider of adult education and work-based training. Officially rated as “Good” following our OFSTED inspection in Nov 2022, we are on a journey to “Outstanding.” To ensure we are successful in the next stage of our journey we are looking for experienced and qualified lecturers and subject specialists in the following areas. x1 Fashion Lecturer: We are seeking a part-time Fashion Lecturer who is passionate about the subject and able to raise achievement through motivating, challenging, and inspiring our students. The role will involve teaching at Level 1 and 2. The successful candidate will have the expertise and experience to deliver highly effective teaching, learning and assessment, supporting students to maximize their potential, making positive progress towards their timely success, future study, and employment.
