What's the role about?
We are looking for a Fashion Administrator, to join our Merchandising team, supporting with admin tasks, as well as working alongside Merchandisers, Product Developers and Designers to deliver balanced and exciting ranges for all areas of the Reiss Brand.
This is a 3 months fixed term contract opportunity.
Who you are
- Work experience as administrator is desirable
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Excellent administration skills and experience working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Well organized with time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
What you'll be doing
- You will be providing administrative support to the merchandising team through accurately raising each PO & sending them on to suppliers before the deadline
- Supporting the team by actively analyzing sales trends, monitoring deliveries and maintaining stock levels
- Managing stock allocations from the warehouse whilst taking into consideration product type, store performance and timing
- Raising and keeping track of all purchase orders, Liaising with suppliers on a weekly basis to ensure POs have been received

Being the key point of contact for the team regarding PO raising and sending
- Liaising with suppliers on a weekly basis to ensure deliveries are on time and effectively communicate changes to buying and merchandising teams
- Attention to detail is vital in ensuring all information is raised accurately before sending
