We are a growing small brand seeking vibrant, talented candidate for our online e-commerce store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Answering all customer enquiries via Telephone, Email and Social Media channels
* Processing and managing orders
*Processing and managing returned items in accordance to our company policy
* Managing and editing product specifications through the website back end (Shopify)
* Editing and managing correct stock levels
* Assisting with company’s marketing activities when necessary
*To action internal handovers
*Fluent Written and Spoken English
*Taking full ownership of any issues to a resolution
The right candidate must::
*Articulate and understand a nuanced approach to customer service
*Possess excellent communication skills
*Be confident, organised and self-motivated
*Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Have experience in using computer systems
*Be able to manage their time efficiently
*Basic knowledge of fashion would be advantage but not necessary.
*Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment
*Easily adaptable to change
*Fast learner
