Your role
This role is a 5 from 7 shift pattern, with a sixth day as required by the needs of the business, covering 40 hours a week.

Joining as one of our Farm Assistant / Egg Collectors, you will help and support the farm management team to enable the smooth running of the Laying/Rearing Farm, to produce the maximum number of high-quality hatching eggs, with high hatchability. In this varied role, no two days will be the same, as you will be involved in egg collecting including nest and floor eggs, grading, sanitising, site preparation and reassembly, data handling, handling birds, blood sampling, bird weighing, drinker cleaning and general housekeeping (i.e., grass cutting, weeding, cleaning and sweeping up) You could say, you’ll become an eggspert of poultry in Moy Park!
