About the role

As a Family Liaison Coordinator, you will act as a point of contact between our residents and their families, and the home, by providing support and guidance to them during difficult and challenging times. You will also be required to support the Home Administrator and Hospitality Manager in day to day tasks.

Reports to: Home Manager

This role could be for you if you have;

  • Experience working in a similar role, with a good understanding of the challenges faced by families during difficult times.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A compassionate and caring approach to working with families, with a strong commitment to providing the best possible support and care.
  • A good understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, including safeguarding and confidentiality.
