With many new dealers offering an online buying experience there are still millions of people who want to visit a sales forecourt to see a car, without being hassled by the conventional stereotypical salesperson that the general public has grown to dislike.

With the latest video-conferencing technology available the sales specialist is always on hand to help when you have questions, and our showroom hosts are there on-site to ensure their journey is the best it can be.
Carsa Showroom Host Intro
As a Carsa Showroom Host, you will be responsible for being the first person a customer sees when entering a showroom and making sure that the customers’ needs are met. Building a relationship with the customers and assisting them with their car purchases or any questions they may have.
Full Key Responsibilities
- Being the face of the Carsa showroom and welcoming customers when they enter.
- Greet everyone in a courteous manner and positively represent the brand.
- Build a relationship with the customers, provide them with an exciting experience every minute they are in the showroom.
- Assist customers with their appointments, helping show them around the car before their test drives. and then welcoming them back.
- Work with the central teams to ensure contactless delivery of the cars are carried out on time and the customers are able to connect to the video conferencing systems.
- Provide customers with answers to any questions they have while they are with us.
- Help with customers who walk into the site without an appointment, gathering information from them and following the process for sales of our cars.
- Take responsibility for the presentation of the showroom, ensuring that it is clean and tidy and presented to a high level.
- Resolve any issues or complaints that customers may have post-sale.
- Take customer transactions and take payments post-delivery of the car.
- Support any local marketing activity that is being run in or outside the showroom.
What you need
- Experience within a customer-facing role.
- Have energy and the confidence to proactively talk to customers to build a rapport with them.
- You are a great communicator who will share knowledge, experience and best practices, you understand the importance of what you do and work collaboratively with other teams to deliver results.
- Presentable and professional in appearance and communication to customers.
- Proactive and reactive, able to predict customer needs and expectations
- You are natural and welcoming with customers, putting them at the heart of whatever you do.
- You take the time to listen and understand others, building strong relationships with your colleagues and customers.
- You use your energy and resilience to keep the momentum going when working in challenging environments.
