Location: Council House and hybrid working
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed person to join us to support the delivery of our Families Information Services.
You will be part of a busy team delivering a public helpline with a key responsible for auditing data, sourcing new service information, checking 2 year old funding eligibility and other specialist tasks that support the service.
You will have a good understanding of the Council’s duty to deliver a robust Families Information Service that meets the information duty as stated in the Childcare Act 2016.
The role is varied and will involve you dealing with customers’ needs and enquiries over the telephone, via email and face to face. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and a good understanding of confidentiality issues.

- Flexible in your approach to work and be able to meet deadlines
