To support our busy operation, the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences is looking to recruit an experienced and confident Senior Management support administrator to join the team.
The primary purpose of the post is to lead and work as part of the team providing administrative support to the Faculty and Heads of School where required. This includes:
- Managing and developing the team,
- Coordinating tasks and workload,
- Reviewing and updating processes and procedures.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised and be able to prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines. Knowledge of administrative systems and Microsoft office applications will also serve as an advantage.
