You will be working as part of a team ensuring the production line runs smoothly ensuring you manufacture the product to the very high quality that they are known for. You will want a job in a manufacturing environment and will thrive working as part of a busy production team. You will have previous factory experience working as a Machine Operator within a factory however you will receive extensive and supportive on the job training. This will be quite physically demanding as it is a very manual role. You will have a good, proactive attitude required with a willingness to learn to possibly train in more technical aspects of the work.
Due to the location you will need to have transport.
In addition to the competitive pay rates of £13.35ph working rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) Monday-Friday, you will receive 28 days holiday pay rising to 33 after 12 weeks. There is also free onsite parking and for those of you that like to keep fit an extensive bike park and an onsite gym and there is a subsidised restaurant with an excellent choice of food.
