The route from creation to eating involves multiple stages and that’s why we are able to offer a variety of jobs to meet peoples desires, skill sets and abilities;

WE DO NOT OFFER ZERO HOURS CONTRACTS - 40 HOURS PER WEEK GUARANTEED!! - WORKING 35HRS BUT PAID FOR 37.5HRS/WEEKLY - NO WEEKEND WORKING

CASH REFERRAL BONUS OF BETWEEN £100 - £500

RATES – Will vary between shift patterns and roles.

SHIFTS - Variety of guaranteed full-time shifts. Early (6am – 2pm), backshift (2pm – 10pm), night (10pm – 6am). Monday to Friday with the exception of cleaning operative roles.

LIFE CYCLE OF A BURTON’S BISCUIT

• 
  Mixing and formulating ingredients, Role of Mixing Room Operator
• Quality control; shaping, coating, flavouring, baking, cooling, monitoring hygienic standards, Role of Processor
• Sortation, packaging, boxing for dispatch, Role of Operative
• Maintaining the operation of machinery and packaging, Role of Machine Operator
• Building pallets of finalised products, cross checking inventories, quality control before dispatch, Role of Recorder.
