Primary Duties of this Position:
The role is factory-based and will encompass various factory duties including picking and vacuum packing fresh fish for our at home range and packing fresh fish orders. The role is vitally important to our customer satisfaction and the reputation of Wright Brothers therefore, it is critical that the right candidate has an eye for detail and can work quickly, but efficiently. Additionally, you will be working within a team and will ensure that all work carried out is done in conjunction with your colleagues. As with any factory-based role, other jobs and expectations are to be required to ensure production is carried out as smoothly as possible throughout each day.
Main Duties of this Position:
- Picking and vacuum packing fresh fish
- Labelling of vacuum packs.
- Icing and re-stocking of fridge
- Box washing
- Ensure that all fish handled is with respect as it is a delicate product and presented in orders with high care and attention.
- Work as part of a team.
- Work beyond your own department as and when required.
- To support and train new members of the team as and when required.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not necessary.
