In a dynamic manufacturing plant, which is experiencing a period of growth within cold & flu and OTC, you’ll be responsible for all site operations including production, packaging, logistics and the facility itself. You’ll lead a team and develop their capability to meet demanding service standards. You’ll focus on safety. You’ll reduce costs. You’ll improve efficiency and minimise downtime. And you’ll set high standards for quality.
You’ll succeed because…
…you’re educated to degree level (or similar) and have experience in manufacturing / factory operations roles in similar organisations. You’ve led mechanical and electrical teams before and managed complex projects. You’ve enhanced quality controls. You excel in a fast-paced environment. You plan ahead, communicate well and lead by empowering others. You’re results-orientated and thrive under pressure. Critically, you’re also highly flexible, willing to come in on second or third shifts when needed.
