Master Data Analyst
Wisbech Factory (Hybrid)

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team at the Wisbech Factory as a Master Data Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity. You will create and maintain factory specific data by checking its compliance to GLOBE and NPPE Data Standards and Guidelines. Ensuring accurate data is provided to the Finance Co-Pliot.

A day in the life of a Master Data Analyst
You will support and have ownership of a range of data, providing a high-quality service to all stakeholders with a focus on accuracy. You will be working closely with all teams across the factory.
You will also:
- Maintain, promote, and develop high health and safety standards and to carry out all duties and specific responsibilities in compliance with Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Create and Maintain BoMs, Master Recipes and Production Versions to Globe Standards
- Advise Local Planners of changes to data.
- Respond to data requests from LDO (Gatwick) for material information.
- Liaise with Production and Warehouse personnel to advise on Local Data issues quality and compliance to Data standards
- Execute continuous improvement of Local data and compliance to Globe standards and guidelines.
- Understanding and knowledge of Interaction between Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, Logistics and LDO areas.
- Review appropriate health checks to support Wisbech / Wisbech Multi-packing (WMP) and Material Planning (EOP) Team. Ensuring SAP is aligned with the planning system called APO.
- Ensure that the Wisbech / WMP Data is correctly maintained to ensure planning activities within Wisbech EOP team
- Support the Factory teams (Finance, QA, Production etc.) and WMP in any duties related to data management
- Create and provide the factory with various data around material usage variance and Monthly obsolete stock.
What will make you successful?
- Experience in Data Record Entry process and/or Conversion process for data
- SAP experience desirable
- Results focused, passionate and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment
- Demonstrate a solid level of analytical and numeracy capability
- Demonstrable experience of effective prioritisation and task execution in a high-pressure environment and the ability to react to changes promptly and effectively
