We specialise in developing education with children and young adults. Our areas of focus are the Inclusion and Social services sector.
The bespoke programmes, aim to support the development of new skills, aspirations, confidence, self-esteem, and ability. These are developed by overcoming barriers linked to participation in learning and accessing future employment.
We deliver in an environment that fits the client’s needs. Support is provided through a Personal Support Plan; where we mentor, as well as educate each client. We offer 1-2-1 and group workshops, delivering through varied teaching methods.

We are currently seeking a lead engagement facilitator to help our clients to develop the skills essential for adult life and employment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, patient and have the ability to develop rapport.
Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and the ability to fully understand the clients needs, is essential. Whilst working as a lead engagement facilitator, there will be a mix of working on a one to one and small group basis. This role is mobile and works within a variety of different environments, which also includes working within their current setting and liaising with support networks.
As part of the role the facilitator may be required to collect the individual from their home, where mileage is paid at 0.45p.
Responsibilities:
· Delivering training sessions using a variety of teaching methods to engage, support and motivate learners to enhance their skills and progression opportunities
· Develop creative lesson plans incorporating differentiated teaching styles and activities to ensure a quality learning experience
· Planning and supporting the learner in their individual learning journey
· Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications or end goal outcome
· Participate in outreach
· Develop a unique learning environment, that engages the learner
· Well-being checks and monthly report writing of learner’s performance.
· Working with support network to create the best outcome for them
· Seeking progression opportunities
· Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing
Delivery takes places within a mix of classroom, in the community and within a residential setting.

Salary: £25,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
