Job Introduction

We have an amazing opportunity for a talented Facilities Services Manager to lead the Sodexo facilities services for our global client GSK at their prestigious site in Brentford for a 6 month period.

With your leadership skills, enthusiasm, and ability to lead and motivate a team you will deliver the optimum service to GSK House.

As well as leading our team you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial and performance targets are met, timely and accurate reporting, and monitoring health and safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the representative of Sodexo for the services under your control through effective leadership and to ensure that all assigned service streams deliver both qualitative and quantitative results.
  • Lead local Customer interaction and foster long term profitable relationships.
  • Provide direction and expertise to the operating areas by promoting Sodexo strategies and best
  • business practices in order to uphold the company mission and values.
  • Support the production of site strategic objectives which reflect the purpose of the overall stra[1]tegic plan and motivate the team to achieve the desired results.
  • Work cohesively with the wider Sodexo team and client to ensure that innovations and initia[1]tives are rolled out successfully.
  • To ensure that all monthly Financial, Quality and Performance targets are met and that detailed
  • action plans are in place and monitored where necessary.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of data.
  • Ensure that defined GSK and Sodexo Performance Indicators (Pi, KPi, CPi) are met. Ensure
  • timely action plans are implemented should improvements be needed.
  • Ensure all communications are timely, accurate and promote Sodexo’s core values.
  • Ensure that the Company's, the clients and statutory regulations regarding hygiene, health &
  • safety and Equal Opportunities are complied with.
The Ideal Candidate

You will already have excelled in a similar position and have expertise in facilities management, and expertise in monitoring and auditing standards. You will have good IT skills and be a highly motivated Customer focused leader.

You will also be:

  • A strong people manager
  • A strong presenter and comfortable chairing and facilitating meetings
  • Working to and achieving targets set
  • Highly experienced within customer services or a customer-facing environment
