Within our UK Facilities & Real Estate team, we have an immediate requirement for two Facilities & Reception Supports to join Facilities & Real Estate to work and support on our Front of House (FoH) Reception within two of our major UK hubs, London Cottons, and Birmingham. This role exposes you to the heart of the business, sitting at the forefront of our client centric journey.

We are looking for fun, caring, and passionate individuals to assist with the welcoming of colleagues and guests from signing in, all the way to signing out. The Facilities & Reception Support roles are key in delivering the 'wow' factor to our colleagues and guests as and when they interact with you on the reception desk, as well as dealing with internal stakeholders, couriers, deliveries, queries via email, MS Teams and over the phone. You will assist with tasks related to facility management and appearance (for example co-ordinating meeting rooms, stock and contractors). The work environment can be fast paced at peak times, and will require both solo and team work depending on the level of business.
The UK Facilities & Real Estate team role can support full time hours and part time hours in a job share capacity covering hours from 08.00-18.00 M-F. These vacancies support our City Centre located offices and you will need to have good links and access to public transportation routes as there is no onsite parking available however, we do offer a transport Season Ticket loan alongside other flexi-benefits! Physical activity is a daily part of this role, you will need to be able to lift (aligning with UK HSE guidance) bend, stoop, walk, climb stairs, and sometimes sit at reception for long periods.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
The selection process is focused upon attributes and relevant practical experience, as opposed to prescribed levels of academic or professional qualification. Key attributes for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Strong work ethic and proactivity, self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to positively deal with unexpected change
- Work regime flexibility and accepting there are periods of increased working requirements
- Patience, positivity, and resilience
- Enjoys team camaraderie whilst is also being able to work independently
Previous Facilities & Real Estate or similar experience is desirable, but not essential. Full on-boarding to the Facilities & Real Estate and on-the-job training is provided. Please note that the working hours vary depending on the office location, London Cottons cover 08.00-18.00 and Birmingham cover 08.00-17.30.
