We are a boutique lounge bar specializing in local and unique craft beers and small batch artisan spirits. We are passionate about local suppliers and pride ourselves on championing these products.
The main roles and responsibilities for our Bar Supervisor will include supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the business and set a stellar example for the rest of our Tapsters (team members). You must ensure all Tapsters are adhering to our Sit & Sip standards and following the correct safe procedures. Time management and great organisational skills are a must when in charge of cash handling and leading a team, which you will eventually be required to do upon completion of training. We are most importantly looking for the three E’s: Effort, Enthusiasm and Energy – all equally important to contributing to a great working environment.

Previous hospitality experience is a must & Personal License is preferred

Salary: £10.50 per hour
Up to £1,200 in bonus's per annum
