Key Responsibilities Delivering the Service - on a daily basis Supervisors will be required to plan and deliver audits in a timely manner across Mid Yorks sites, answering any issues/queries by service users To monitor facilities staff in all the elements of their role whilst auditing, asking relevant questions to ensure a high knowledge level is being attained, Making sure all rectifications needed are completed in the timescale required . To Audit clinical waste processes in line with HTM007 and deliver reports to the Facilities manager. QA Auditors are required to work with staff teams to ensure correct auditing techniques are carried out fulfilling the audit needs . A QA Auditor will be required to have the knowledge and technical ability to be able to undertake and teach staff the skills necessary to complete service delivery.
Support the Trusts Health and Safety Policy ensuring staff are trained to ensure the safety of staff visitors and patients within their area of work. Actively support the reduction in food wastage. To support the Team Leaders in ensuring equipment used to deliver the service is of the standard required and is maintained to physical and technical standards. To inform Team Leaders of the ordering requirements to maintain sufficient stock levels to deliver the service.
Undertake initial investigation and reporting of untoward incidents and accidents using Datix.
