Born on a Scottish mountainside, Cut Media is a sports content studio that has grown from a one man band to a team of 20 passionate, creative people who live for sport and the outdoors. We work with brands and clients like adidas, Red Bull and Discovery to create inspiring content for their global audiences that put them right at the heart of the action.
We’re all about telling inspiring stories for our clients and that takes a high level of organisation. We’re looking for a Facilities + Operations Assistant to join our Glasgow-based team to support the smooth day-to-day running of our studio. This could be on a part-time or full-time basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Operations team is tasked with making sure everyone has what they need to work comfortably and safely. This important role will involve:
- Facilities coordination to keep our studio in tip-top shape and running smoothly
- Admin support including credit card reconciliation, data entry and minute taking
- Responsibility for making sure our team has everything they need day-to-day to be at the top of their game
- Executive support including diary management, travel booking and meeting booking
- HR administration including booking 121s, training and managing holiday bookings
- Answering calls and emails, assisting with recruitment
- Acting as an ambassador for Cut Media, living our brand values when communicating with our audience and clients
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be a born organiser, with solid experience in facilities and admin, ideally within a creative environment. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, unflappable and who’s a confident, clear communicator. You’ll have an eye for detail and be able to see problems on the horizon and come up with solutions ahead of the curve.
With excellent time management skills, you’ll be able to multi-task and be adaptable to change. You’ll spend most of your time based in our studio at Charing Cross in Glasgow and you’ll be a proficient computer user, particularly MS Office, Slack and the Google suite of products. We’re big fans of the outdoors and sports, so bonus points if you share that passion.

The salary range for this role is £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience (and pro rata, if you’re working part time).
