About the role
We are looking for two customer-focused individuals to join our Facilities Administration team.
Crawley is an exciting place to work, with a vibrant town centre and excellent transport connections. It's a great time to join us as we settle into our brand new state-of-the-art offices, with innovatively designed spaces that facilitate collaborative working.
We are looking for:
- A full time person to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
- A part time person to work 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 12.30pm to 5pm.

Working within this busy environment you will be assisting customers to book and pay for facilities and answering any questions they might have about the services we offer, for which full training will be provided. Most contact with customers will be over the phone or via email with the occasional face-to-face meetings.
The main focus of the role will be to assist customers with booking and paying for the use of our community centres and sports pitches. In addition to these facilities, you will also have some involvement with our cemeteries and the burial process ensuring all legislative processes are adhered to.
To undertake this role you will need to be competent and comfortable with using Microsoft systems and our electronic booking and payment system.

Additional information
Post holder will be excluded from the Flexible Working Hours Scheme.
First Aid at Work qualification to be undertaken within three months of start date.
