As a Facilities Manager (Hard FM) at Sodexo, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the multi-service contract within your area of responsibility, ensuring it operates within contractual terms and deliver outstanding results. You will be the key strategic interface between our clients, Sodexo Directors, and functional delivery teams, driving continuous improvement and change management. What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and understanding of their future expectations.
- Own, define, and manage sector and account development plans, ensuring effective change management and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
- Maximize profitability by applying contract design and management principles, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, taking accountability for risk management and business continuity.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the segment strategy, aligning your business area plan with segment objectives.
- Promote Sodexo as the preferred employer, internally and externally, and actively participate in building relationships with key stakeholders.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in managing P&L accounts and multi-site/multi-service operations with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of managing a team
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret and utilize complex financial information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with customers, clients, and employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve set standards and operate within performance criteria, including health and safety regulations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team environment.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple workloads, prioritize effectively, and shift priorities as needed.
