1.0 JOB PURPOSE
1.1 The Facilities Assistant is responsible to the Facilities & Site Manager (FSM) for a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the management of Plantsbrook School, Town Junior School and Holland House Infant School buildings and grounds.
1.2 To be responsible for organising maintenance through the PFI provider / or other contractors and cleanliness of the Trust buildings and grounds.
1.3 The Facilities Assistant will operate with due regard to health and safety policies and legislation and will ensure the efficient and effective operation and development of the school site. He /She will also operate within the guidelines of the PFI contract and all statutory risk assessments.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
