Facilities Manager position at Rendall & Rittner (County Hall, London, SE1 7PY)

Location – County Hall (London, SE1 7PY)

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700

Salary – up to £50,000 per annum

Contract – Permanent

Your working environment?

You will be responsible for maintaining all communal aspects within the building and grounds of an estate containing 605 residential homes and 12 commercial businesses. They will be required to conduct staff/contractor meetings and manage a team of 4 maintenance staff to ensure the estate is kept in a pristine condition.

  • you’ll have managed commercial tenants, assisting with queries and managing the relationships.
  • you have overseen external contractors and property maintenance.
  • you’ll have successfully worked with a variety of commercial contracts and liaising with key personnel daily basis.
  • You’ll ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems
  • your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
  • you’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others
