Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Healthcare Facility Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage repairs and renovations of assigned Clinical buildings at various Naval Bases in the San Diego area.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You will be the eyes and ears of the Government.
- Daily management of routine and emergency repairs by Contractors.
- Attendance of all scheduled Government meetings.
- Daily project status reports to Government Leadership.
- Development of Estimates and ROMs.
- Collaborate with Project Manager to establish project schedule and budget and monitor progress in meeting schedule and budget requirements.
- Routine Site Visits to assigned Clinics.
- Monthly Reports for Parsons contract fulfillment.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. (Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of experience)
- Must have Healthcare Facilities experience
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills.
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity.
- Familiarity of Industry Practices and Regulations.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Familiarity of Hospital Industry Standards, practices and regulations
- K nowledge of Uniform Facility Guidelines, Joint Commission (TJC) participation and NFPA Life Safety Codes
- Must be willing and eager to learn new concepts.

- Excellent Computer and software knowledge.
