Job description
Role Purpose
To provide support to the Account Manager with service delivery and performance management of University Of Liverpool Team. The Technical Facilities Manager is a key role providing strategic and tactical operational leadership and direction within defined geographical boundaries across the region
Duties & Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities include ensuring daily operational performance and compliance, operations processes and Health & Safety for engineering teams within a geographical area.
- Manage Engineering performance of all contracts within your business area.
- Ensure all engineering activity within Mobile Engineering Services scope of responsibility are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required by Integral and the client.
- Ensure adherence and 100% compliance to Account / Mobile Engineering KPI's & SLA's and drive performance improvement where needed.
- Liaise with the assigned Account and NOC Leads to ensure contractual SLA/KPI compliance, service delivery level and that engineering KPIs for the region are met and exceeded.
- Interface with the NOC, Account Leads and support improved efficiency and performance. Be responsible for and promote 100% Health & Safety and auditing compliance for your team.
- Able to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders to speedily resolve day to day operational problems and identify opportunities for increasing the level of profitable business arising from these relationships
- Ensure relevant client asset maintenance complies with statutory maintenance routines.
- Assist the technical staff and Authorised Persons on technical matters.
Personal Qualities and Experience
- Previous Technical Management experience within the FM industry
- NVQ L3, HNC or HND in mechanical engineering discipline
- Computer literate
- Experience with people management
