OnePlan Software is currently seeking a junior or graduate PHP developer to join our team in our Southport office base on Lord Street. Candidates will be able to grow their experience and skills and become part of a power team in an ever-growing business.
OnePlan Software is a software development company that currently develops and maintains a market-leading product in the domiciliary care sector. The development team is made up of friendly outgoing people who work very hard while having plenty of fun.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to designing & developing Systems
- Work closely with our clients and partners.
- Contribute to critical development decisions within the company.
- Develop on all of our platforms and contribute and manage new projects in the future.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX ,CSS and JAVA or ability to learn very quickly.
- Good understanding of front-end development across multiple browsers and mobile
- Be able to work as part of a team and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently, visualize alternate solutions, and make educated decisions.
- Be able to participate in project reviews and evaluations, giving feedback, ideas, and concepts in support of the company’s development.
Desirable Skills
- knowledge of GIT and Agile development
- Knowledge of the care sector (domiciliary care specifically)
- knowledge of mobile app design
- Knowledge of current frameworks such as Django, flutter, next.js, Vue, React.
- A computer science degree, college diploma, or similar is preferred but not required if the candidate can demonstrate equivalent commercial experience. If you are about to gain your qualification, this will also be accepted.

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
