Compliance and Facilities Manager

£36,114 - £41,196 pa (pro rata £28,891 - £32,957pa)

30 hours per week


We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for driving and promoting a culture of compliance and data protection across the charity. With a passion for legislation, regulation, and contractual obligations you will oversee Health and Safety, IT, Facilities, and Risk Management.


As a member of the Senior Management Team you will:

  • embed and support working practices to ensure compliance
  • provide a high quality, responsive facilities service
  • instil a risk management culture
  • engage in strategic and annual business planning
  • support learning and development opportunities

Based in Balsall Heath, Birmingham, we offer flexible working, pension, EAP, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata), learning and development opportunities.
