Job description
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing the maintenance and repair of equipment, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and monitoring the safety and security of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of facility equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility operations.
- Manage budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control for facility supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
- Monitor building systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with overseeing general maintenance at both homes
- Manager gardening company / maintenance operatives
- Ensure Planned Maintenance Schedule is kept up to date and on budget
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £40,000.00 per year
