Position: Contract Manager
Job Description:
AAM Maintenance Ltd is a large maintenance contractor seeking an experienced Contracts Facilities Manager to oversee M&E projects and PPM contracts for our clients. The Contract Manager will have a strong M&E background and will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of customer service, and that their facilities are operating efficiently and effectively. The Contract Manager will also be expected to provide guidance on contract maintenance, as well as provide support to their team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a M&E background
- Experience in a construction management role is preferred
- Ability to manage a small team of contractors
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, co-workers, etc.
- Must have a high attention to detail and possess excellent organizational skills
