Xpert Resourcing is pleased to be supporting a well-established client close to the city of Ely, the company is experiencing growth and is looking for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to support this growth of the facility. Candidates will have experience in a senior Facilities Management role, have an analytical mindset and be a motivational leader.
Duties will include:
- Implementation of scheduled PPM works for buildings and equipment
- Management of the CMMS works system
- Swift and effective response to machine breakdowns
- Enablement of cost-effective contracts with contractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with wider teams on improvement projects
- Oversight of external contractors
- Updating of records accurately
- Reducing costs
Experience/Skills Required
- Working knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements
- Working with KPIs
- Interdepartmental collaboration
- Training and mentoring of staff
- Previous line management responsibilities
- Analytical approach and problem solving skills
Hours of Work
08:00 to 16:30 - Monday to Friday
